Bridge Professional Staffing LLC is a New Mexico based firm working with professionals on a temporary and direct-hire basis for positions and projects in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Legal and Business Operations.

Inside Sales Rep:

Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team with proactive outreach, lead qualification, pipeline management, and driving software and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling campaigns to generate new leads and secure qualified meetings for the sales team.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound leads and inquiries, determining customer needs and mapping them to our technology products and services.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Client Engagement: Deliver impactful virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Collaboration: Partner with account executives and marketing teams to strategize campaign targets and close sales opportunities.

Qualifications for the Inside Sales Rep:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Tech, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1 to 3 years of inside sales or business development experience (tech industry background is a strong plus).

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.

  • High energy, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday position / Contract-to-Hire

Once off contract assignment, candidate must be able to pass a background check.
